If a woman is really fascinated by you she will flirt back and give you some clues that she wants to see you once again. She will suggest doing something or meeting or conversing or getting together. She will show how she basically enjoyed chatting to you, at which stage, you could suggest that you should talk again or some more and ask for her phone number.
If you are very observant you can figure out very quickly if a female is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is keen on you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing someone, you will generally score a few points with her.
